am I?
I’m Laurie—a proud mum to a lively toddler, a woman in her forties navigating the perimenopause journey, a leisure runner, and a firm believer that community and connection are essential for both mental and physical good health
Based in the beautiful village of Baslow, Derbyshire, I offer both in-person and online sessions, combining a holistic and personalised approach to meet your unique health & wellbeing goals.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist in 2005, and have since expanded my practice to include Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and breathwork. This broad skill set allows me to support people in a holistic and personalised way, adapting to each individual's unique needs. I believe in a flexible, responsive approach to wellbeing, always guided by the principle that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to good health.
