About me

With over 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing, I feel very lucky to be still delivering the services I’m passionate about today. My journey in the fitness industry began in 2005 when I took on the role of Personal Trainer aboard a Norwegian cruise liner. Coaching clients and leading classes while traveling the world gave me insight into working with a wide range of clients.

After returning home, I expanded my skills by training as a Sports Massage Therapist. This chapter led me to the French Alps, where I balanced a very busy work schedule with the joy of hitting the mountains hard during a ski season in Couchevell.

Travelling to countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and India I grew a deep curiosity about the profound mind-body connection, In 2010 I trained as a yoga teacher and later specialised as a yoga therapist. This training has allowed me to support individuals and groups managing chronic physical and mental health conditions, helping them explore movement, breathing, stillness, and relaxation in a safe, empowering way.

Running has always been my go-to exercise, whether it’s on the road, up hills, or on the treadmill. The "runner’s high" keeps me coming back for more! I’ve completed three marathons (and I’m always tempted to go for a fourth). In recent years, life has brought new challenges and joys, including welcoming my first child in my 40s and navigating the changes of perimenopause. These experiences have inspired me to embrace strength training as a regular part of my routine—and I’m starting to love it!
