Online Gentle Yoga

Enjoy a calm and supportive yoga session from the comfort of your own home. This gentle class includes slow, mindful movement, easy stretching, simple balancing, breathing, and soothing relaxation to help you feel more flexible, steady, and at ease. Suitable for all abilities, it’s a lovely way to unwind, reduce stress, and care for both body and mind in a friendly, non-judgemental space.

Whether you're building strength, improving fitness, or boosting confidence, you'll benefit from expert coaching while training alongside your friends or family in an encouraging, energetic environment.

Rebuild & Recover

Join our next six-week postpartum exercise course at Eley Fitness, Bakewell, designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection after birth.

This progressive course is suitable from 8 weeks post-delivery and is thoughtfully created to support your recovery in a safe, welcoming environment. What to expect -over six weeks, you’ll be guided through:

  • Expert-led education on postpartum recovery, with time to discuss your individual concerns

  • Clear, reassuring guidance on returning to exercise, including safe progression at your own pace

  • A strong focus on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy

Whether you’re easing back into movement or looking to rebuild strength with confidence, this course offers the knowledge, support, and community to help you feel like you again. Babies are very welcome, so there’s no need to arrange childcare.
